Al Haramain was the brainchild of perfumer Kazi Abdul Haque. After traveling to Mecca and smelling the rich fragrance of oud, he went into the perfume trade and opened his first two shops. Slowly he expanded from his Mecca and Medina stores. The brand now has 100 retail locations plus a vast network of distributors. The brand has released more than 250 scents. Al Haramain Ode Of Oudh Cologne by Al Haramain, Al Haramain Ode Of Oudh combines a rich collection of fragrance accords. This unisex woody spicy fragrance starts with four top notes: basil, anethol, artemisia and clove. Basil and artemisia add green tones with their sweet, lemony, earthy and bitter aromas. Clove brings in its woody, fatty and spicy note. Anethol amps up the basil note but adds a licorice-like scent. Middle notes of cedar and freesia lend clean woody and creamy fruity floral tones. Patchouli, vetiver and vanilla close the fragrance with dry woody, grassy, smoky and creamy tones.
